Durafit 650 Carpet Underlay
Durafit underlay is recognised by flooring contractors, architects, carpet manufacturers, clients and end users, as the most successful and proven carpet contract installation available.
The use of this underlay system ensures that the carpet remains stable, stays flat and does not ruck. It reduces carpet wear caused by excessive foot traffic, particularly on seams and joins and it is suitable for use with wheel chairs and customers with special needs.
This is a top quality, heavy duty rubber crumb underlay which gives excellent cushioning under the carpet.
A top quality underlay material, manufactured from recycled rubber from car tyres
which are made from the finest quality rubber compounds.
This means that the underlay provides superb underfoot comfort
whilst remaining remarkably stable for either foot or wheel traffic.
Installation is straightforward with easy release tackifier adhesive applied to the subfloor and the Durafit underlay laid directly on to it. Permanent bond adhesive is then spread over the underlay and finally the carpet is fitted.
